Ladies and gentlemen I have now entered the world of blogging. It took me a while but I am finally here.

Let's begin with a topic that is sure to ignite some discussion, Race In America. I just read an article on the MSN website about Barack Obama's campaign and some of the things that a few of his foot solidiers have encountered on the campaign trail. It has been reported by some on the trail that they have encountered a few indications that maybe this race thing is still a problem. Like we didn't know that! Questions: Can we as Americans really move past the problem of race in this country and if so how? And does Barack's candancy really offer a glimmer of hope in this regard? And what is the role of the church in this matter?
